Easy and Yummy Banana Bread

4 ripe bananas                                                                          2 eggs

½ cup sugar                                                                               1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder                                                     2 cups flour

½ cup butter                                                                              Walnuts (optional and to taste)

 

Peel and put the 4 bananas in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into bowl.  Add the two eggs.  Soften the butter and

add to the banana/egg mixture.

In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients, mixing well well.

Add the dry ingredients to the banana/egg/butter mixture and combine well.  Stir in the walnuts if desired.

Butter and flour bread pan.  Add mixture to the buttered and floured bread pan.

Bake for 45 – 60 minutes at 350 degrees.  Start checking for done-ness at 45 minutes using the toothpick test.  If not done, continue baking until you pass the test.
